Client Service Representative

Client Service Representatives are the clients’ first interaction when they walk into a branch location to deposit funds, withdrawal cash and perform other financial transactions.

Provides accurate client account transactions at the teller workstation and drive-thru, processes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, sells financial instruments, answers inquiries, promotes bank products, reconciles cash drawers, maintains security and confidentiality, follows compliance policies, and assists branch staff as needed.
